Cancelled Orders
Orders may be cancelled the same day with no charges incurred. Once the orders are processed and shipped we cannot cancel the orders.

Damaged Packages
Upon request, we will supply you with the UPS tracking number. Our responsibility ends when UPS picks up your packages(s). From that point on, you must deal with UPS for any delays or any damages.

Interstate Sales
ALL ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE SOLD IN CALIFORNIA AND TITLE PASSES TO THE BUYER IN CALIFORNIA. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside California. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of alcoholic beverage products. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver the wines and/or spirits in accordance with such order to you. The buyer assumes all risks with regards to this service.

Legal Age
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES MAY BE SOLD AND DELIVERED ONLY TO PERSONS WHO ARE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD AND IN PLACING YOUR ORDER YOU REPRESENT TO US THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD AND THE PERSON WHOM DELIVERY WILL BE MADE TO IS AT LEAST 21YEARS OLD. When your alcoholic beverages are delivered, the person receiving delivery will be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old.

Older Vintages Of Wines
We store our wines in a temperature-controlled cellar. However, we cannot be responsible for wines older than 5 years from the latest vintage. This is a wine industry standard.

Prices listed may change in case of price increases. Offers are limited to items in stock. Quantities may be limited. We are not responsible for typographical errors. In-store pricing is final in cases of conflict with the web. No offers are made to shoppers under 21 years old or in jurisdictions where sales of wines and spirits by this channel are illegal.

Shipping Rate
We offer UPS shipping. Shipping prices include the price of labor, insulated Styrofoam shippers and charges levied by UPS. You may use your own account with any carrier. Tarzana Wine and Spirits does not charge anything extra for shipping.

Use and Disclosure of Your Information
We do not and will not disclose your private, personally identifiable information to any third party for any purpose without your prior consent. However, we do reserve the right to disclose your personal information if required to do so by law, or in the good faith belief that such action is reasonably necessary to comply with legal process, respond to claims, or to protect the rights, property or safety of our company, its employees, customers, or the public.

Weather / Shipping Conditions
Wide temperature differentials (hot or cold) can damage wine. Although none of us here can predict the weather, we try to make an effort to be conscious of extreme weather conditions across the country. However, you know your local weather best. If you are concerned about weather conditions, we can ship via air rather than ground, it costs more but you will not take any chances. Because weather conditions can change drastically at any time, we assume no liability for damage caused by changes in weather during transportation. The buyer assumes all risks with regards to this issue. Tarzana Wine and Spirits and UPS are not responsible for damaged wines due to weather conditions.
